The most popular pet in the world people have are Cats. From my personal expierence cats make good pets: They are playful, energetic, and often fun to watch, even when they are playing with themselves. Although they like to sleep, alot, they are not boring like some people, who probably never had a cat, would have told you. Cats are fun and loving and an easily managed pet that make a great companion for someone who lives alone or wants companion.

I have had a cat for most of my life without it my life would be alot more boring. Their are many ways you could have fun with a cat. Playing with a cat can be a fun past time. They prefer to play with objects that resemble prey, such as small furry toys that move rapidly. String is also often used as toy, but because of the risks posed by cats eating string, it can be replaced with a laser pointer's dot, which your cat may chase. Cats are also a very easily taken care of, unlike dogs; no walks or "picking up" after them.
